The Hosta ‘Little Wonder’ is a small Hosta with an average growth speed. This is a seedling of Hosta ‘Neat Splash’. The leaves grow to about 15 cm (6 inches) high and the flower stems are about 30 cm (12 inches) high. In total shade the Hosta ‘Little Wonder’ is not very happy.
The Hosta ‘Little Wonder’ is a rich bloomer and the non-fragrant flowers are purple. The leaves are green with yellow margins that turn to creamy white later.
The leaves of the Hosta ‘Little Wonder’ start appearing in February in a mild winter.
